Vai verso Piazza della Costituzione, scopri i piani utopistici del Ministero dell'agricoltura, vedi la propaganda presso il Palazzo della Cultura e della Scienza (PKiN) e impara a conoscere i segreti non svelati dell'ex quartier generale del Comitato Centrale del Partito Operaio Unificato Polacco (ovvero la Casa del Partito). Sarai poi accompagnato al Museo della vita sotto il Comunismo ("Charm of the PRL” Museum), dove, al suono di un vecchio vinile, tornerai indietro nel tempo per capire la realtà del regime comunista. Si avrà la possibilità di guardare alcuni filmati propagandistici, mentre gusterai una bevanda tradizionale e uno spuntino.
I gruppi sono piccoli, con un massimo di 7 persone. Le guide sono flessibili e aperte alle discussioni, condividendo il nostro punto di vista. La sensazione di rilassatezza, che avvolge il tour, ti aiuterà a scoprire l’atmosfera della città e capire la cultura locale e la sua mentalità.

We got tricked. Thought we were taking the small-group heritage communism tour that we had booked but when we showed up the same vendor Adventure tours was running another tour, the Warsaw adventure tour, and even though he saw our voucher for the Small Group Heritage Communism tour, our guide Lucas told us to get into the bus. Since no one from the company called us to say we were missing from the other tour, we think this was probably deliberate as they probably did not have any other people on the tour we were going to take and decided to cut corners by quickly including us in the tour which did have customers so they would not have to run a separate van or guide. We only realized this halfway through the tour when I questioned why we were not going to the iconic Palace of Culture and Science and being told it was not part of the tour. Nor did the guide take anyone to the museum of communism which by the way was included on both our original tour and the adventure tour we were hustled into. There were some hushed phone calls between his office and him which appeared to suggest that our situation was known and if not planned, at least overlooked. Having said that, some of the features of the adventure tour and the enthusiasm of the guide was commendable, only wish I could write about the original Small Group Heritage Communism tour!

Enjoyed my time but the trip was a bit disorganized...spent a long time picking up extra guests. Guide was knowledgeable but I was never clear about where we we going. Great value but the visit to the deserted bazaar was a waste of time
