Gita di un giorno a Victoria e ai Butchart Gardens con partenza da Vancouver

We had a great time visiting Butchart Gardens and Victoria. As noted before it is a long day but well worth the trip. The Ferry ride is relaxing. Our tour guide Bobby W. (Gold Bus 200) was informative and funny.

Great driver and great trip Buffet on ferry was disappointing. After first pass,more food was not replenished. The end of the line got leftovers.

I got this tour for my relatives visiting from outside of Canada. Even though they couldn't understand much English to truly benefit from a guided tour, they quite enjoyed their time in Victoria and Butchart Gardens. It was a memorable trip and I am glad that I booked them on this tour. Everything went smoothly and as expected!

This trip was long but worth it! Dan our driver was very knowledgable about Canada's history, drove us safe all time, was very organized. The gardens were just out of this world (visited middle May). Victoria is charming and good spot to chill out. I strongly recommend this travel but be mindful that it will be a long day.

A very enjoyable and informative day. Our guide was brim full of knowledge and humour. The timings worked well tho we seemed a little rushed at times. The gardens were beautiful but it may be that their popularity has outgrown their capacity. It was a summer Saturday but most of the paths were crowded and the rose garden was like a rugby scrum with people being barged off the path into the flower beds. Downtown Victoria was interesting to see with a good variety of local shops and historic buildings. Overall, a high ratio of travelling time to visiting time makes a good guide essential.

We were supposed to have 2.5 to 3 hrs in the garden but our bus driver missed the 9am Ferry and we lost an hour. The driver could have taken the initiative to spend more time in the garden by cutting down the time from the Victoria visit. We missed enjoying the exquisite gardens for a longer time.

Worth the long ride. Fun days outing to the gardens and the town!

This was overall a very enjoyable tour. Picked up on time but had to change busses before proceed to ferry. Ferry ride was scenic and Butchart Gardens were a site not to be missed. Only down side was after ferry ride, Butchart Gardens, and return trip, we only had about an hour in Victoria. had time to get a drink at local pub but we did not see much of Victoria. Because of distance involved and two 1 1/2 hour ferry rides the trip took 13 hours. I don't see how to provide more time in Victoria except for staying overnight. but that portion of tour was not very pleasing.

Amazing excursion to go visit Butchart Gardens and down-town Victoria.

We took two other tours with Viator on this visit west and both were excellent, both in content and our guides. My daughter and I loved both, but unfortunately this one did not stack up. The places we went and the sights we saw along the way were wonderful but I cannot say the same for our guide, Ed. When he picked us up at the hotel around the corner from ours he was not able to park the bus so he parked two blocks away. He then told us that he would go on ahead so that he could be with the bus since he was stopped in a bad spot. Unfortunately I am handicapped and have mobility issues so that I cannot walk very fast and this seemed to upset him as he was trying to keep to a schedule. The entire trip after that he had a real attitude toward us, even remarking in Victoria to the people on the bus about us being last, although we were never past the time that we were supposed to be back. This, unfortunately, put a damper on what would have been a lovely day for us. I would recommend this trip to others as long as they had a different guide.
