Meet up with your instructor at 11:00 am at the reception of ABC Cooking Studio (either in Marunouchi or Nihonbashi), both located in walking distance from Tokyo station.

Following the instruction of an experienced cooking teacher, you’ll learn how to fry crispy Tempra. While frying Tempra (shrimps, vegetables, mushrooms, etc.), also learn to cook Tempura dipping sauce by using Dashi (Japanese soup stock) with many cooking tips. In addition, after cooking, you will enjoy warabimochi, a traditional Japanese dessert made from bracken starch, soybean flour and topped off with syrup.

Finish your cooking experience at 13:00 pm by having your creation as lunch.

We took a tempura class at the ABC Cooking School, Marunouchi Studio, with Teacher Miwa. This is a cooking class that parents and kids, children and adults, all can enjoy. Ask for Miwa Sensei. She is warm, kind, thorough and detailed in her explanations. We definitely recommend this class, this school and especially this wonderful teacher! When we return to Japan, we will definitely take more classes!!! ABC Cooking Studio (Marunouchi Studio) was easy to get to and it was so clean!!!!!
