Time to ride! Take up your mountain bike and helmet and after a safety briefing, We will enjoy a slow and easy ride down to the majestic Shiraito Waterfalls.
Next, we ride to Satoyama village, through natural rural landscapes and rice fields, with Mt Fuji in the background. Then its time for lunch, where we enjoy hand-made Soba noodles with finely battered Japanese tempura made with locally grown vegetables.
In the afternoon, we visit the Sake Brewery, and learn about the sake making process from an 18th generation owner. Hear the family stories and try different types of Sake. In Summer it is too hot to visit the brewery, but we make our own Japanese shaved ice.
