Wonderful day trip. Full day with LOTS to see. Guide was excellent with history and context. Nice amount of time for lunch with great selection of places. Wonderful day - well worth the price.

I wanted to see the Andalusian horses, and talked my husband into this trip because it included a trip to a sherry tasting, as well as a visit to Cadiz. The horse show was very nice, about what I was expecting. The trip to Tio Pepe, the sherry maker, was a terrible disappointment. We visited several rooms filled with large barrels. We did not learn much about sherry grapes, or sherry making. We live in a wine region (New York Finger Lakes) and have done many wine tours and tasting. This was the worst by far. We were only given two sherries to taste, and they were simply described as "dry" or "sweet". It is cattle-car tourism - groups of about 25 people are shoved through, and of course the tour ends in the gift shop. Sadly, the ferry trip in Cadiz was cancelled due to high winds and waves - obviously no fault of the tour.

This was the least favorite thing we did on our trip and it was fairly expensive. The sherry tasting was mediocre but the tour of the facility was interesting. The horse show was long and very repetitive / boring. We left at intermission. It never got any better - it does not build to any kind of finale ... its the same thing done 30 times. Beautiful horses and great talent to get them to do what they do - but too much repetition. Show could be 30 minutes and you would be happy with it - not 1.5 hours.

The trip does not collect from your hotel. The initial part of the trip you ate dropped off at Too Pepe for sherry tour tasting, next you are dropped off at horse show ( guide incorrectly called Arabian horses). Next you are taken to lunch stop again guide says will see you in 1 hour . Pickup was 0800 at 1520 We start guided tour of Cadiz. We walk past cathedral, we then walk onto promenade, past very small Roman ruins area. We walk through Jewish quarter streets to main square. Guide is asked name of square she says it is called Spanish square. I find a board with correct info and show the lady who asked. She gets out her guide book and she reads us the information about the 26th century square. Catherine the guide says now we go to port(30 min walk) we say what about Tavira tower we have paid for. She says we are not doing and walks off. We arrive at port and wait for 40 mins in cold waiting area. Guide sits and smoked by herself. We get on ferry again no sign of guide. On other side she says get on bus now. On bus she says my boss days he could not buy tickets for tower today. No refund was given. I paid over £100. Sherry tour €15 Horse shoe €22 ferry trip€2,75 thus I paid well over £60 pounds for the coach transfer. The guide was not very informative, and seemed disinterested. As myself and the other passengers said we will probably never visit Cadiz again so this can not be rectified. I have been on many trips from America, to Africa to Asia and this was the worst . No refund was given

What a beautiful day. The horse show was absolutely stunning. Cadiz was very pretty and gave us an opportunity to stroll and eat by the sea. Our guide was lovely. A day well spent.

Excellent trip and very well organised. Pick up no problem. Try to go on a Thursday when there is actually a horse show . We went on a Tuesday and only saw practising but still well worth while. Sherry bodega excellent, guide was very good and answered any questions. Cadiz is a lovely place and I would recommend going on the open top bus trip which leaves from the central square. I didn't and regret it! Thoroughly recommend.

The sherry tasting was the best bit. Nothing much to say about the horsey showy.

The trip got off to a bad start when our guide Ciprani was late. Then followed a hurried walk to join our coach. We enjoyed both our trip to the Tito Pepe Winery and the the Andulsian horses in Jerez, but by !.30 pm we had not really anything of Jerez itself. We then continued on to Cadiz, a beauitful place. We chose not to go up the Tavira camera obscura tower and so had more time for both lunch and an exploration of a small part of the coast of Cadiz and the area around the Cathedral.. When we had lunch it was the first time we had eaten that day, our hotel breakfast started at 8am, the very time that we met up for the coach trip. Also although we had food with us, we were not allowed to eat on the coach. The ferry trip from Cadiz was very enjoyable, but it took until 19.30 before we were back in Seville. It seemed like a long day out and perphaps for just going to one city would have been better

This tour was the only tour we arranged for our stay in Seville, and it turned out to be a very good choice, although it didn't start all that well. The bus was late collecting us, the tour guide thought I had a booking for one person not two, the bus was smaller than we expected and not particularly comfortable, and the microphone packed up shortly after the start of the tour. And then there was the man who was continually on his phone for the first hour or so of the trip. By the time we reached our first stop, the González Byass winery, I was starting to wonder about our decision to take the tour. But fortunately things improved as we got into the tour proper. Our visit to the winery was entertaining, and we were impressed by the set up. This winery, famous for its Tio Pepe sherry, has a very rich history, and is a very large setup. I've seen a lot of cellar doors and tasting rooms in my time, but the one at González Byass is bigger and better organized than anything I've seen. And the tasting, although only two glasses, was enjoyable. Following our stop at González Byass we headed off to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, famous for its training of Andalusian horses, where we attended a show of the famous horses. This was one of the main reasons we chose this tour, and it was a very enjoyable and interesting hour and a half entertainment by these beautiful animals and their talented riders. After our stop at the riding school we headed for Cadiz, the beautiful ancient port city built on a strip of land surrounded by sea. I had planned to take lots of photos while we were in Cadiz, but in the end we finished up spending all our free time enjoying lunch with a group of four Australians from Melbourne whom we had met on the tour. By the time we'd finished lunch it was time to head back to the tour group. The next stop on our itinerary was the Tavira Tower, which gave us a wonderful view over the city. We also got to see a lengthy demonstration of the camera obscura mounted on the tower. A camera obscura uses a combination of lenses and a mirror to project a realtime image onto a horizontal screen in a darkened room below the top of the tower. Our last segment of the tour before the bus trip back to Seville was a very pleasant catamaran trip across the Bay of Cadiz. We got back to our drop off point in Seville about ten and a half hours after we were picked up, so it was a pretty full day, with lots of interesting activities. Our guide, Petra, was a real live wire, and great fun. She coped with the intermittently useless microphone by just raising her already pretty loud voice. We enjoyed her company a lot. We highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed our trip to Jerez and Cadiz. Our guide Abby was excellent and very informative. The visit to Gonzales Byass was okay but would have liked to see more of the bottling process. The horse show was interesting for about 15 minutes, then became boring. Also the music was too loud. Cadiz is a charming city and would have liked to have spent longer there just wandering around. Enjoyed the ferry ride.
