Dalle 10:30 alle 12:30 Museo dell'Hermitage (uno dei principali musei del mondo, un importante e grandioso complesso architettonico che ospita una delle più importanti collezioni d'arte)
Dalle 12:30 alle 14:00 Pranzo in un tipico ristorante russo
Dalle 14:00 alle 15:30 Viaggio verso la residenza estiva dello zar a Pushkin, a circa 25 km dalla città e famosa per il Palazzo di Caterina con il suo magnifico interno: la famosa "camera d'ambra" (un'opera d'arte di inestimabile valore e bellezza)
Dalle 15:30 alle 17:30 Tour del Palazzo di Caterina

Dalle 9:00 alle 10:30 Viaggio verso Peterhof (la residenza estiva dello zar, chiamata la "Versailles russa"). Peterhof (Petrodvorets) è un gioiello dell'arte russa, una città di parchi, palazzi e fontane. Si trova 29 km a ovest di San Pietroburgo

Dalle 12:00 alle 13:30 Partenza per la città
Dalle 13:30 alle 14:30 Fortezza di Pietro e Paolo (primo edificio dell'antica città di San Pietroburgo, all'interno della cattedrale si trovano le tombe della dinastia dei Romanov)
Dalle 14:30 alle 15:00 Chiesa del Salvatore sul Sangue Versato (chiesa con le cupole in stile russo, che attrae per le sue scintillanti e colorate facciate e i suoi interni)

Fantastic tour . Hard to see how anymore could be crammed in . Fast paced but never rushed . Day one is the busy day with a lot on the agenda . Day two slightly less but just as enjoyable . Our guide Oleg was outstanding . Informative , friendly and the patience of a saint !! Nothing too much trouble for him and took the time to answer all questions fully . Typical Russian lunch provided on day one . Basic but tasty and more than adequate . No lunch on day two but Oleg gave us directions and recommendations for local cafes etc . The one our party tried was very good . These cafes are in the area of the boat trips which is the last leg of the tour . For the price and what's included this is highly recommended . We were on a Baltic cruise and St Petersburg was definitely the highlight of all our ports of call .

We are so sorry we cannot remember the name if our guide. Visiting so many places over 2 months we have lost her name. We had the most outstanding guide in such an amazing city. Wonderful time in St Petersburg with our fabulous guide. We were so lucky to have a small group of 5 and such a personal tour. Paulina was extremely knowledgeable and gave us such a lot of interesting information about her city. Visited the main attractions of museums,churches palaces and gardens

Our tour of St. Petersburg was fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of our guide Pauline. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was absolutely determined to give us a tour that we hoped for. I can't believe how much we saw and experienced in our two days there. The canal cruise was a wonderful part of the tour as was everything we saw. Our drivers were also excellent and friendly,. The included lunch on the tour was very good and in a nice restaurant. It was far better than what was offered by the ship. One thing, however, be prepared to walk... alot! There is so much to see on this particular tour. We highly recommend the tour and Viatour to anyone considering a trip there... and Pauline, if you are reading this, Clare, Frank and I thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were in St. Petersburg for 2 days on Aug 15 and 16 and visited the church of spilled blood,hermitage museum, Peterhof palace and gardens,Catherine's palace, and the fortress of Peter and Paul, and enjoyed a boat tour through the canals. The tour company was Aventura Travel and our guide was Paulina. I have been with guides all over the world and was totally impressed with Paulina. She was professional and personable and her knowledge of the history of the locations we visited was exceptional. She was able to guide us through the crowds skillfully without ever making us feel rushed. We were provided with a portable unit with earpieces that allowed us to to explore while listening to the commentary.An exceptional tour which I highly recommend.
