L'itinerario di questo tour privato è incentrato sulle aree più importanti del museo.
Parti dal Cortile della Pigna e dal Cortile Ottagono. Il percorso da qui ti conduce alla Galleria del Candelabri, alla Galleria degli Arazzi e alla galleria delle mappe geografiche. Visita uno dei più importanti esempi di arte rinascimentale, le sale che Raffaello ha dipinto per Giulio II. Dagli appartamenti di Giulio II, i visitatori passeranno per gli appartamenti del Papa Alessandro VI Borgia, le cui sale ospitano ancora una ricca collezione di arte contemporanea.
Arriverai infine alla Cappella Sistina, con i bellissimi soffitti affrescati da Michelangelo e la straordinaria rappresentazione del Giudizio Universale sul muro dell'altare. La basilica di San Pietro sarà l'ultima tappa della visita.

it has been a big dream to visit the Vatican again, this time with a private tour guide to really learn about the history, the stories and the art. the attraction is fabulous this is my third visit and I felt the guide was in a hurry. she knew a pre-learnt story which she would take us through. if we asked for anything that was not on her list, she is did not know. when I stopped at the art - painting by Dali and more as my father is an artist, she barely waited and rushed as it was not her list I suppose. I knew more trivia about the Sistine chapel for my son than she. she kept saying to my 12 year old that he is bored and she would hurry, though he told me was not and me , my dad and my mom most interested in history and art. I told her , please do not hurry my young teen will learn patience and this tour is important for us. nope.she knew my dad had to walk slow so we hired a private guide, but my dad was always behind, she never waited so we were literally catching with her and indicating for her to wait.

Our guide Franz W. was the best. He was so passionate about all areas of our tour. Franz was well informed, funny and very organized in his presentation. Our tour was methodically planned and presented. He even made sure we had stops for water and the restroom and time for questions. Franz was very personable, had a great sense of humor and we felt comfortable with him immediately. Ask for him and you won’t be disappointed!

With the huge crowds at the Vatican, this was a great option to have one person to guide my wife an I through the museums, Sistine chapel, and St Peter’s basilica... our guide, Frances, let us dictate the pace of the tour and took us through short cuts to help us see and learn as much as possible on our tour. We had great time, and it was well worth it to us to pay the extra for a once in a lifetime experience... thank you!

This tour was amazing! Mido our tour guide was awesome! His knowledge was simply unbelievable ....there was no question he couldnt answer! Kind and friendly he guided us beautifully through it all even with my lousy knee! Would do again in a heartbeat!
