Da sapere su questa attività

All’arrivo alla Spiaggia di Macao ti verranno fornite una rash guard e una tavola da surf e parteciperai a una riunione informativa sulla sicurezza prima di entrare in acqua. La lezione prevede due sessioni di 45 minuti, con un intervallo di 15 minuti. In acqua sarà presente un istruttore per gli studenti, pertanto riceverai un'attenzione personalizzata.
L'escursione e le lezioni si svolgono due volte al giorno, scegli l'orario che preferisci, è la tua vacanza e devi decidere tu!
Per i principianti: riceverai alcune istruzioni tecniche introduttive di 15 minuti sulla spiaggia, con le quali apprenderai le basi del surf, seguite da una parte pratica nell’oceano in due turni da 45 minuti, con una pausa di 15 minuti.
Livello intermedio e avanzato: l’istruttore determinerà il tuo livello di abilità e lavorerà con te in acqua per migliorare le tue abilità.

Great first experience for my 11 and 13 yr old and myself. Lots of instructors. They did not teach how to catch the wave yourself as they always held your board for you and the gave you a push when it was time to go. The only thing that was disappointing was there was no one there to take any pictures or video so we could buy any memories. Wish I would have brought my go pro.

Super fun day !! Though I was terrible at surfing they tried to help me alot. It is really hard, and you must have little strength in your body to keep the energy up. The waves was super big. Both for beginners and more experiencet surfers.

Loved this! We did a quick lesson on the beach then walked to the area with smaller waves, we had a guide out in the ocean, they would hold the back of the surf board for us, when the wave was ready they would push and tell us to jump up, it was fairly easy but you will get a massive amount of salt water in your eyes and up your nose. Totally worth it. Half way through we stopped for coconut water which was very refreshing after a stomach full of salt water. We continued on surfing, at the end I had asked if the guide would let me paddle and tell me when to get up which he did, I wasn't super successful but had a great time anyways!

This was one of the best things we have done and we have done most everything!! They give you about a 5 minute briefing but that is all you need You each have your own personal instructor and within minutes our entire family was able to stand and ....surf! You have two 45 minute sessions with a short break in between. You can buy a video and photos at the end if you wish. Would have rated this a 5 star but there were no snacks or drinks at the end as mentioned, and would have been nice to have. Fortunately we had brought our own beer.
