Dopo l'incontro con la guida privata presso l'hotel di Praga, il tour a piedi della città inizia con una passeggiata nelle incantevoli viuzze della Città Vecchia, davanti a siti come la Cappella di Betlemme. Durante il tour, la tua guida esperta ti illustrerà la storia e la cultura di Praga, raccontando vittorie e tragedie della città negli scorsi 1.000 anni.
Segui la guida, ammirando sculture e monumenti lungo il percorso verso Piazza San Venceslao, una delle piazze principali della città e il fulcro storico della lotta contro comunismo e nazismo nel XX secolo. Immergiti nel traffico della piazza e ascolta le storie dei cechi che hanno lottato per la libertà del loro paese.
Continua attraverso il centro, passando davanti al Teatro degli Stati, dove nel 1787 Mozart dilettò gli spettatori con la prima del Don Giovanni, e all'Università Carolina, fondata nel 1348 e dunque una delle più vecchie in Europa. Raggiungerai la Piazza della Città Vecchia, con i suoi edifici variopinti, le fatate chiese barocche e il famoso orologio astronomico di Praga, costruito all'inizio del XV secolo.
In seguito ci fermeremo in un bar locale per un tè, un caffè o una birra ceca (incluso) Dopo la pausa ristoratrice, il tour a piedi prosegue nel vecchio quartiere ebraico della città, dove scoprirai la storia di quasi 12 secoli della comunità ebraica di Praga. Vedrai il vecchio cimitero ebraico, utilizzato dal XV secolo, e la sinagoga "vecchia-nuova", la più antica sinagoga ancora in attività in Europa.
Il tour termina sul lungofiume della Moldava, da cui godrai di viste meravigliose del castello di Praga e del Ponte Carlo, due delle mete turistiche più famose della città.

Too much time wasted at the university, Could have viewed the astronomical clock when it chimed but timing was 10 minutes out. Sorry but we cannot recommend the private walking tour

Guide was not a local, so not the same feel as our other tours. Very personable and friendly, but just not up to par.

Our guide was very friendly but did not seem to have the depth of knowledge or passion we saw in some of the other tours that we had taken. It was just the two of us with him for 2 1/2 hours. I was expecting more historical and cultural context particularly around the 1968 events and the Velvet Revolution which happened on Wenceslas Square. It just felt slightly perfunctory. He did a pretty good job of explaining the Astronomical Clock but other than that it was not interesting. For example, he took us to the Jewish Quarter but didn't give us any historical background about why Prague had such a large Jewish Quarter. We looked through an opening at the cemetery and that was the extent of the Jewish Quarter tour. He was not a Czech so maybe that had something to do with it. All in all it was not worth the time and money.

Amazing tour with a great person and amazing young guide. Honza made this tour very interesting, and he got the way to engage truly both my girls, 13 and 11 years old. He was respectful and kind, and attentive to our questions and the ones from my little one. Thank you ! GUIDE AAA

What a great way to learn a new city. John our guide was full of knowledge about Prague and its history. As an added bonus we learned how to get around the city on our on. John loved his country and his enthusiasm was contagious. We visited Old Town, Wenceslas Square and Jewish Quarter. Prague has a rich and varied history and it was great to learn. John took us to a local coffee house called Cafe Ebel. The latte's were excellent and the desserts melted in our mouth. He also gave us some restaurants to try and look forward to them.

Our tour guide, John, was great! He was like a walking encyclopedia about the history and details of what we saw. Unfortunately, we had to cut the tour short after 2 hrs, due to another commitment.
