Incontro con la guida in un punto prestabilito nel centro della città. Il tour inizia presso la cattedrale per ammirarne i chiostri e il famoso museo del tesoro. Una breve passeggiata dall'antico quartiere ebraico fino a piazza Ribeira, poi visita guidata del palazzo della Borsa. Tornando verso piazza Ribeira, attraverserai il ponte D. Luis verso Gaia.

Goditi una pausa pranzo e gusta un pasto tradizionale portoghese in un ristorante locale. Dopo pranzo c'è tempo per una crociera facoltativa sul fiume Duoro. Successivamente ci si avvia verso una cantina di vini in città, per godersi una buona degustazione prima di prendere l'ascensore cittadino verso la pittoresca chiesa di Santa Clara.

Fai una breve passeggiata fino alle mura di difesa del XIV secolo e osserva il panorama unico del lungofiume di Porto. Poi dirigiti verso la Torre dei Chierici e sali la sua scalinata con 194 gradini (o se preferisci fai solo una breve passeggiata lungo le vie di Porto nel quartiere dello shopping del XIX secolo). Alla fine del tour, la guida ti riaccompagnerà al punto d'incontro iniziale.

Ana Paula knows her her city and country! Her historical knowledge is extensive and detailed. She answered our questions comfortably and easily. We mostly wandered through and around the Jewish Quarter and Riberia Square and ended with a lovely River Cruise.

Ana Paula is amazing. -- That day she was not feeling well, but she came at the rendez-vous with a bright smile. -- History creates stories -- Between Henry the navigator, The São Bento Railway Station, Sé do Porto Porto Cathedral and the Palácio da Bolsa Stock Exchange Palace, my friend and I, we had a great times even if that day, it was raining. --

The Private Porto Secrets tour was very enlightening! I compared what I learned with some colleagues who took a larger group tour and many things I learned were not even included in their tour! And I had pictures to prove it! I would HIGHLY recommend this tour! Ana, the tour guide, spends the extra time and effort with you!

The walking private tour was exactly what we needed! You can see monuments and museums from the deck of the bus, but you cannot see intricate details of small secretive places. Our guide Anna was knowledgable and passionate about the city she lives in. At our own pace we walked along the river, went into old quarters and breathed the unique atmosphere of the place. It was a great tour that exceeded our expectation.

This was a disappointing tour due to the fact that we expected a private tour, and we were joined by another person who was not quite so fit to keep up with our party of six. We thought we were supposed to be having a break for lunch, which never happened until the end of our walk and we only had a short stop for coffee in a not very salubrious café. We would definitely not recommend this tour to others.

The tour didn't last quite as long as advertised but this ended up being ok with us since we saw and did everything we wanted to. Our guide was wonderful: friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and we couldn't have asked for anything more. She was also very flexible and allowed us to choose our own way and see what interested us. She also gave us great tips on what to do/see/eat after we left her and for hte rest of our trip. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone travelling in Porto.
