Incontro con la guida presso la fontana accanto alla Torre di Pisa. Dopo una breve introduzione alla storia del complesso monumentale del Duomo di Pisa ci si sposta in centro città per il tour culinario. Il tour include 6 tappe con degustazione di cibi autentici in cui avrai l'opportunità di incontrare le persone che forniscono i servizi gastronomici per gli abitanti e i lavoratori. Si inizia col tipico aperitivo per finire, quattro ore più tardi, con un gelato. Potrai anche assaggiare la tradizionale cecina pisana, cibi locali di strada come l'autentica porchetta, un trancio di pizza locale, pasta, formaggi toscani e salumi. Sorseggia un bicchiere di Chianti, assaggia i vini semplici che la gente del posto beve a pranzo e gusta il sapore di caffè italiano di qualità.

The Pisa Food Tour was Great, more food then we could imagine. We were full by the 3rd stop. The wine was fabulous. David was a great Host. Would recommend this tour to anyone. Don't miss this opportunity it was great you will not be sorry. You could tell David was well liked in all the places we stopped and they enjoyed seeing him. They all treated us special as well. Tour was excellent. I would rate it a 10 if it went that high
Not a huge fan of Pisa, but a great way to see the city and get away from the tourists and the tower. Guide was knowledgeable and plenty of food to try.
We took this tour on our third day in Pisa. Up until the tour we did not have a great impression of the quality of the food available in Pisa. David took us to some fantastic places and we had the most awesome food. David was very knowledgeable and amenable. A great experience. We highly recommend taking this tour. Thank you David.
David, our guide, was personable, knowledgeable and made this food tour one of our best experiences in Pisa. We took the 5:30 PM trip, which allowed to us to enjoy not only the local foods, but also to experience the neighborhoods in the evening...exactly what we wanted.
We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. David is so knowledgeable and friendly. The food and wine was top class. We were so relaxed the whole time. We were brought to places off the tourist trap that we would never have found. Be warned though Italians do not do small portions! Do not miss this tour!

David was an excellent guide to the city and stuffed us with food and drink. He showed us areas we would have never seen and was very knowledgeable in the area. We had a great time and I highly recommend this tour. We were fortunate in that he is new to Viator and our tour was private as my wife and I were the only people in it.
