Cucina francese Gourmet: abbinamento di cena e vino
Durante il pasto, assaggia tre bicchieri di vino diverso, ciascuno abbinato alla singola portata per accompagnare il pasto. Nota tutti i complessi sapori e gusti del vino, e comprenderai il ruolo svolto dal vino nella cucina raffinata.
Concludi la tua cena con un digestivo classico: una bevanda alcolica (di solito un vino alcolizzato o un liquore) che aiuta la digestione - e poi lascia il ristorante per proseguire la serata a Parigi a tuo piacimento.
Esempio di menu:
- Prima portata: anatra al foie-gras con salsa di mele mango e marmellata di cipolle rosse
- Vino: Loin de l'oeil, vino bianco dolce del sud-ovest
- Portata principale: magret d'anatra (succulento petto d'anatra nutrita con granturco) e velouté di zucca (salsa)
- Vino: Saint Joseph, vino rosso dalla Valle del Rodano
- Dessert: Moelleux au chocolat (torta di cioccolato denso con cuore di cioccolato fuso) servita con gelato alla vaniglia
- Vino: Fitou, vino bianco da dessert della Languedoc
- Digestivo: Chartreuse o Cognac
- Cena di 3 portate
- Bicchiere di champagne
- 3 bicchieri di vino
- Mance (facoltative)
- Servizio di prelievo da e verso l'hotel
- Si riceverà la conferma al momento della prenotazione
A very pleasant experience. The dinner was very good and the wine pairing was certainly on spot. The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the wines were unknown to us beforehand so we also learned something. All portions, both wine and food, were generous.
Good, but not great. What we loved: the ambiance was lovely...candlelight...fairly quiet...intimate... the dessert was WONDERFUL crêpes au grand marnier with red currants, blueberries and strawberries the originally offered appetizer did not work for me and the waiter graciously offered other options. What we didn't like: the main course was just good. I am glad we tried this but I wouldn't do that again. The restaurant is Ô Chateau. I am hardly a wine connoisseur, so I can't comment on wine selection. It was nice to experiment with wine, however, for those who do understand, here is what was offered: Domaine Barmes-Buecher's Rosenberg wine from Alsace, Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette's Languedoc, and Domaine Hubert et Lignier's Bourgogne Aligote.
A lovely dinner with attentive service and a little education about wine selection thrown in.

Very authentic serving of meet and wine in real Parisian wine bistro. Perfect match of tasty food and very tasty wine both red and white. Good choice for friends and family celebrating.
Nice evening in a somewhat cozy restaurant. The wine pairings were good except for the last wine with the desert. Not so great. The meal and service were both very good and we all sent our plates back clean. Food was prepared as requested which was nice. I think we all expected a bit different menu but it was all good and a fun evening out
Undesirable. Everything was better. The place the did the wine just everything. Highly recommended its been 2 yrs and i still remember out line it was yesterday!!!
Excellent!!! Excellent! Excellent meal! We started with a delicious glass of champagne. Thinly sliced salmon starter, wine. The entree: Rib-eye steak with small potatoes, creamed celery/potatoes , wine. Dessert..wine....fabulous! We were stuffed! This is the best tour for a foodie...come hungry!
