After taking the audio-pen and the map at the Paris City Vision Agency based a couple of minutes from the Cathedral, I could start the visit. They gave me a headphone, but I preferred using mine. If it is sunny, don’t forget your sunglasses: in the morning the sun is just behind the monument. Because of the fire, the area around the cathedral was still blocked to pedestrians, but we can go to the forecourt. We can see the façade, but we can’t go close to. The map has detailed photos of the façade and the audio pen offers interesting commentaries regarding the interior of the cathedral. I love the Latin Quarter and thanks to this experience I could visit some streets: it is amazing to discover anecdotes regarding the history of this area. Last but not least, on the map you have the best points of view, from where you can see and take photos of the monument: a little tip for the Instagram bloggers. I recommend!
