Tour della North Shore e di Hanauma Bay
La costa nord delle Hawaii è da sempre considerata la mecca degli appassionati del surf e il paradiso per gli amanti delle onde giganti. La Banzai Pipeline Beach ospita il Billabong Pipe Masters e la terza fase del Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, attirando ogni anno da tutto il mondo tantissimi surfisti professionisti.
La North Shore non è solo onde giganti e surf. Si può anche praticare paddleboard, osservare la natura selvaggia e mangiare nei furgoncini di gamberi a conduzione familiare. Il tour inizia alle 08:00 con il prelievo dal tuo hotel di Waikiki e, dopo un breve tragitto verso il centro dell'isola, arriveremo alla famosa Pipeline Beach, dove ogni anno viene incoronato il campione del mondo di surf. Il tour, interamente commentato, è condotto da un'esperta guida locale, che ti spiegherà la storia e la cultura della zona e tutto quello che vuoi sapere sull'isola più popolata delle Hawaii. Da lì, ti sposterai verso i luoghi principali della North Shore, come Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline, Dole Plantation e Turtle Town (città delle tartarughe). Dopo una sosta per pranzare al furgoncino di gamberi consigliato dalla guida, avrai un po' di tempo per un giro sul kayak o paddleboard, prima di dirigerti verso l'Hanauma Bay State Park per un pomeriggio di immersioni e nuotate. L'Hanauma Bay State Park è giudicato uno dei posti più belli dell'isola di Oahu, dove puoi nuotare liberamente nella barriera corallina tra pesci coloratissimi e tartarughe marine.
Il tour volge ormai al termine: dopo aver recuperato i tuoi effetti personali, torna al pulmino che ti porterà in soli 30 minuti a Waikiki e al tuo hotel. Intorno alle 17:00 dovresti già essere in hotel e pronto per andare a cenare.

Super helpful, warm, fun and caring guide and driver! They made this day trip very memorable. Everything went smoothly and they even squeezed in couple of extra spots for us! The length of the tour was a little over 9 hours, but every bit of it was terrific. Our tour was Kurt, and driver Eric was fun and energetic and very knowledgeable. For the entire tour, they did not let us get bored and maintained a fun atmosphere. We were given sufficient time to do each activity and enjoyed our lunch as well as a snack. My husband and I booked this tour mainly for the snorkeling! But this tour was so much more! Kurt and Eric, our tour guides were funny and informative! The places we saw, the stories we heard and the laughs we had will go in our memory book!! A must-do for all ages!!!

Doug and Paul were our tour guides and they did an excellent job. Doug managed our time perfectly so we were able to get some extra time at the pipeline because the conditions were good. Overall he shared interesting information about the islands and was very knowledgeable! Excellent tour!
Do not miss this tour and don't use any other company. Had one of the best days of my life. The coolest dude Bo took our small group under his wing for the most amazing day in his bouncy minibus. What a gentleman. Watched the surfers, spent time in the sea at Waimea bay and experienced the washing machine. Paddleboarded at tsume farm and enjoyed a plate lunch. Don't miss the dole whip at the plantation either as it is to die for. Headed through Jurassic valley and on to snorkelling at hanauma bay - what a place, so beautiful and loads of fish. Priceless memories with a sneaky trip in a limo thrown in too. I get goose bumps just thinking about this day. Thank you so much Bo you made two 50 somethings very happy peeps, we fell in love with the north shore and bay and your story telling was brilliant. Keep up the good work.
