Incontra la guida di fronte alla St Paul's Chapel nel quartiere di Lower Manhattan per iniziare il tour a piedi dei siti legati all'11 settembre. Dopo gli attentati dell'11 settembre 2001 al World Trade Center, la chiesa più antica ancora esistente nella città di New York è stata utilizzata come rifugio per i soccorritori e come luogo di preghiera e di sostegno per gli abitanti che si riunirono per avere notizie dei loro cari.
Dai un'occhiata ai cimeli e alle foto che sono ancora appese all'interno della chiesa, e poi segui la tua guida al National September 11 Memorial. Scopri importanti luoghi di interesse come Brookfield Place (anche noto come il World Financial Center), e approfondisci la tua conoscenza di quei terribili avvenimenti mentre ascolti le storie raccontate direttamente dalla guida.
Visita il Memoriale dei vigili del fuoco ed esplora il sito dove un tempo sorgeva il World Trade Center. Presso le vasche gemelle situate davanti al National September 11 Memorial Museum, costruite al posto delle vecchie Torri Gemelle, troverai i nomi di quasi 3.000 vittime degli attentati scritti sui pannelli circostanti.
La parte guidata del tour termina presso il monumento commemorativo. Se hai selezionato il supplemento, dirigiti autonomamente all'osservatorio One World, che è stato aperto nel 2015 in cima all'One World Trade Center.
Ingresso all'osservatorio One World: Con un biglietto prenotato in anticipo, non dovrai fare la coda e potrai prosegui dritto fino all'osservatorio One World. Prendi l'ascensore Sky Pod per salire 102 piani in meno di 60 secondi e guarda un breve video spettacolare che presenta la città di New York in tre dimensioni. Al centesimo piano, ammira la vista dalle finestre panoramiche all'altezza di 365 metri ed entra nello Sky Portal, un disco di 4 metri di larghezza inserito nel pavimento che mostra le sottostanti strade della città in HD. Prova poi il City Pulse, "concierge" interattivo che racconta le storie della città e presenta i suoi monumenti e quartieri tramite una tecnologia all'avanguardia.
Al 101° piano troverai il bar, la caffetteria e un elegante ristorante. Potrai restare all'osservatorio per tutto il tempo che desideri ammirando il panorama a 360 gradi della Grande Mela.

This was a great walking tour of the area at ground zero. Peter did a very good job of explaining the event and the buildings involved in the immediate area. You could do this tour on your own, but you would not have much of the details provided by the tour guide. The end of the tour put us on top of the World Observatory for an awesome view of Manhattan. Weather was not good, so will not post any pictures as they were marginal at best. Can't beat this on a clear day!

Our tour guide Peter was excellent he gave us lots of information in a respectful manner with a touch of humour. We were in New York for one day and this was the only tour we did and I can highly recommend it. We had a drink at the top of the tower with amazing views over the Big Apple

We had a terrific guide on this trip - he really knew the history and area. Very moving to see this in person and if you had been in the original buildings sometime before 9/11 there was an eerie feeling to see this place again. Recommend the zone World Observatory as you do get to jump the line - it is a long line - and get right into the elevator to 5he top. Great views of the city on our visit, well worth seeing. - we had lunch there - not great food but you get a private restroom that the masses are not get g.

There is a big problem here. Even though the title clearly reads 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero Walking Tour with One World Entrance, it does not include the memorial. It is only a walking tour. We had to buy tickets and enter the memorial as a different venue.

Despite the appalling weather that day, we had a blizzard, the tour was excellant and the guide full of interesting but not boring information. The trip up the One world observatory was rearranged due to the weather but when we did go we observed sunset over New York amazing
