La Tree Top Walkways consistono in circa 3 km di sentiero che attraversa la Riserva di Monteverde Cloud Forest. Qui sarà possibile camminare su otto diversi ponti con varie lunghezze compresa tra i 50 m e i 170 m e altitudini comprese tra i 12 m e i 60 m di altezza.
Ogni ponte ha una larghezza di circa un metro e mezzo, larghezza massima dei ponti in Costa Rica, e una capacità di massimo 80 persone per ponte. Questo li rende il sistema di ponti più lungo e più forte della foresta nebulare di Monteverde. I Tree Top Walkways sono adatti a persone di tutte le età, con un'escursione che dura da 1 ora e mezza a 2 ore.

Sights were beautiful and it was fun being up that high in the trees and looking at everything. I was disappointed that we did not get to see any animals. There were a few birds and centipedes but nothing else and we went in the morning as we were told that is when everything is active. Still a great view just disappointed not seeing animals of any kind.
You get to guide yourself on this tour and go at your own pace. This is a great spot for photos but I recommend getting a paid driver or shuttle. The road up is dirt with many potholes and no railing by the cliff side. The drive is intense but the park is very nice. Try to eat somewhere along the way as the restaurant onsite is VERY expensive!

This was a great experience for us. The views from these bridges are incredible. However, you have to be prepared for rain. Rain. Every. Day.
