The weather was great, the guide talking had to say the same thing 2 or 3 times, granted, but spoke so fast we were unable to understand all the time. This was on all parts of the tour.
Hotel pickup and drop off was not included as the website mentioned. I would probably still recommend this tour for the value and convenience, but the bus tour seemed limited. Keep in mind that the tours are bilingual, so a lot of commentary time is taken up with little information. The low hanging branches in Miami area was a risk to the tourists on the top of the bus. I was hit a few times by the branches.
I didnt like this experience. Our tour wasnt organized as they say. The guide was educated but without any carism. The driver was rude and with a bad humor. And inside Beyside Market the tour was not organized and we lost one hour of the tour since they put us inside the boat without the one hour in the Market. A total mess.
We loved this tour. We've been to Miami several times, but only to specific areas. This bus tour is a great way to see and learn about the whole city of Miami. One of the highlights was our stop in Little Havana where we watched cigars being made and tasted some amazing Cuban coffee. We then had a lunch stop in Bayside at the mall by the water, and took a narrated boat cruise to see Millionaire's Row. It was a great tour at a great price.
A nice way to see various places in Miami so you know where you want to go on your own. They do hotel pick up but you can take the free trolley to their office also. The boat tour afterwards is nice but had trouble understanding the young guy on the mic. The houses shown are on the who's who list and such. For the price, not a bad tour.
Uninspiring tour and got fed up of being constantly asked for tips. Boat trip was ok but dont get suckered in to having your lunch at the restaurant they recommend-we went to Chillis and it was cheap, plentiful and good quality.
The bus ride was quite boring, the only interesting part were the Art Deco buildings. Stopped at a Cuban cigar factory was totally irrelevant and the shop further down the street selling 'tat' obviously giving the tours guides commission. The boat trip extremely boring. The boat guide sent us in the wrong direction and finally the return to hotel drop off system was absolute chaos. A wasted day.
We were told there was parking at the terminal. There wasnt. We were taken to various places and just left there. We spent more time waiting for the bus than doing any touring. Everything was late but all the tour guides were very proficient at telling us repeatedly that they accepted tips. The best was last. We were told to be at a spot to be picked up at 6:15. We were all there prior to 6:15. The driver announced in Spanish we were not leaving until 6:30. We arrived back at the terminal after 7. The tour was supposed to be over at 6:30. Did you get it? The driver did not speak English. We have been on many tours in many Countries all over the World. This was the worst supposed tour we have ever been on.
