An overhyped drive on narrow English roads with brief stops in a couple of Cotswolds villages. First day stopped at Avebury to see Henges, large stones on the ground that only a Druid could love. Got to Cirencester on eastern edge of Cotswolds for overnight, but after shops, places of interest were closed. Accommodations were fine, but not what originally selected. Second day much better with two stops then Oxford, but just dropped off with little guidance as to where we were. Driver had an excellent knowledge of the area, but his accent made it difficult for this American to understand. If you really want to visit Cotswolds go by train/car stay a few days and take local tours.

Our guide with Rabbies (John) was excellent. The tour itself was fun and informative. We saw many little villages in the Cotswold region.Only negatives: poor accommodation for overnight; not enough time in Bath and especially in Oxford; "luxury" coach is an overstatement - it's a basic minibus fyi.

A great way to see the English countryside. Jeff was great. So was the Victoria guesthouse in Circencester - better than most of the hotels I've stayed in. Very happy to have done this.

This tour is suitable for those who want to get a flavor of the English countryside as it covers multiple locations that's well spaced out in terms of itinerary. Hence, for each location, you get anything as short as 15minutes for one stop views, up to 3.5hours for large towns like Oxford and Bath. I'm sure you can discuss the options with the driver/guide in advance. The guide/driver we had was quite knowledgeable and gave insightful commentaries on the go. However, it would have been better if he was more engaging with the group as interaction was mostly one way on the intercom. Offline chats with the guide was mostly lacklustre and non reciprocal for me. The B and B place was basic but charming and breakfast was more than adequate with good spread of traditional English fair. Very friendly lady. Overall, an enjoyable and well paced itinerary.

Steven is an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable. He definitely has a storyteller talent. I highly recommend this tour.

Jeff was very informative. I loved his jokes and literary references. When my friend lost her phone he went out of his way to help. The personal touch is what makes the tours with Rabbies so special.
