A festive walk through this ancient University town, passing by the ivy-clad colleges and picturesque honey coloured buildings. We will pass Christ Church College, where Lewis Carroll wrote his enchanting tales of Alice in Wonderland, and more recently Harry Potter was filmed.

There will be time to stop for photos outside Blenheim Palace where Sir Winston Churchill was born before heading to Stratford for our Christmas lunch

In the afternoon we journey to Stratford-upon-Avon passing by Anne Hathaway’s cottage before arriving in this picturesque market town.

My family and I enjoyed the tour. The food was better than we expected. The tour guide was professional and gave good information on Oxford and Stratford upon Avon. Really a pleasant experience on Christmas Day when all transport and shops were shut down.

A wonderful way to celebrate CHRISTMAS. Our guide was excellent and soooo knowledgeable and, in the end, even our driver seemed to enjoy the tour. Our CHRISTMAS dinner couldn't have been more traditional or more delicious, or held in a more picturesque setting than Stratford-on-Avon. Oxford was amazing with its old buildings and architecture....one could picture the scholars dashing from class to class. An inspiring day just driving through the Cotswolds enjoying the tiny villages with their thatched roof cottages.
