The guide spoke very little English and had not lived in Krakow until recently. He pointed to places of interest and played the English narrative of the place of interest on his phone. Was unable to answer questions we asked about entrance to places etc.. We did see most of the tourist attractions in Krakow but have been on better electric car and other orientation tours.

The actual tour by Phillip was nice. However, it was hell on earth to coordinate with the company's main office to reschedule because the tour guide was sick. They called us up an hour before our 9 AM tour was to start to tell us that the tour guide was sick and could not make it. They asked us to take the canned audio tour instead and we asked for a partial refund in keeping with the additional fee for a live guided tour. The main office said they can't do anything about that-we'd need to talk to Viator. We told the main office that we wanted what we paid for. They offered us only 12 PM two days later. It really jacked our schedule up but we said okay. We rejigger our week's schedule to accommodate 12 PM two days later. We hustle out and back to a tourist site that should have taken all day just to make sure we get back by 1200 for the rescheduled tour and.................... 12 PM comes and goes and no tour guide. We call the main office and they tell us that the guide is with other clients and will not be available until 1 PM or so. We had no other options available to us so we waited till after 1 PM at which time the tour guide did show up and we had our tour. As stated above, the our was nice. However, the management of this company are hellish to work with. TLDR: Don't use this company. The management does not care.

Perfect little intro to our trip. The drivers english was very limited but there's a recording on a speaker in the car to give you information, which was more than enough for us. We used this tour to get our bearings on the first day and it was perfect for that. Recommended and very enjoyable.

This was quite an experience being toured around in a golf cart-type vehicle that could go just about anywhere! Our guide was charming and full of information. The Oskar Schindler factory was unfortunately closed that day but he made up for that with the information he gave us. He was also kind enough to stop at an art supply store on the way back to the hotel because he knew I was looking for a professional paint box set. Thank you!

The tour guide was on time and very pleasant, however she did not give very much information about the monuments and sites she took us too. She did not know the answer to some of the questions we asked and after some research we found that she had given us incorrect information!! Because she did not tell us so muh, she took us to Schindlers Factory and told us to take a tour round there and she would wait, having in mind she only giving us 40mins to do this!! We went there another day and we were in the museum for 3hours, explain the time. We went for a drink and went back to the car early. So our three hour trip, only took 2hours with an half hour coffee break !!
