Incontra la tua guida nel centro di Atene e sali in sella alla tua bici elettrica: una bici a due ruote con motore elettrico. Ascolta le istruzioni sulla sicurezza, indossa il casco e segui la tua guida. Il passo moderato ti permette di ascoltare la guida e ammirare tutte le attrazioni turistiche lungo il tragitto.
Inizia risalendo la Pnice, spesso citata come la culla della democrazia, e la collina delle Ninfe, che anticamente ospitava un santuario dedicato alle ninfe. La tua bicicletta elettrica semplificherà l'arrampicata e, una volta in cima, sarai ricompensato con una vista mozzafiato della città.

Poi scendi verso l'Acropoli di Atene, l'antica cittadella Patrimonio dell'Umanità UNESCO, e l'Odeon di Erode Attico. Fai una sosta al nuovo Museo dell'Acropoli, che è stato eletto uno dei migliori musei del mondo. Scatta qualche foto all'imponente facciata di vetro e poi prosegui in direzione del celeberrimo tempio di Zeus Olimpio (Olympieion) e dell'arco di Adriano.

Attraversa i bellissimi Giardini Nazionali di Atene e lasciati stupire dal monumentale Stadio Panatenaico, sito delle prime Olimpiadi moderne nel 1896. Non farti sfuggire gli scorci dell'Agorà romana, cuore pulsante dell'antica Atene.
Dopo aver visto da vicino i monumenti storici della città, raggiungi il Parlamento greco e il palazzo presidenziale per saperne di più sulla Grecia moderna.

Infine, dirigiti nello storico quartiere di Plaka, la città vecchia, per un assaggio della vita quotidiana degli abitanti di Atene. Percorri le stradine fiancheggiate da edifici neoclassici, chiese bizantine e negozi indipendenti. Dopo circa tre ore, il tour si conclude al punto di partenza iniziale.

George was an excellent guide. We got lucky with a small group so had plenty of time at all the monuments. The e-bikes were an easy way to see the city and lots of fun. He was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. At the end he gave us some personal recommendations on how to spend our time in the city.

Electrify Bike Tour One of the great tours of all time. We saw so many sites from the ease and comfort afforded from the saddle of these electric cruises. How guard, George, was incredibly engaging. The bikes were easier to ride. Athens is very hilly. We saw people on regular bikes. Most of them were not having fun. The tour meanders through the trails of this ancient city like a hot knife through feta. We saw the changing of the guard in front of the palace, the roman baths, the acropolis, mars hill and so much more. The tour was very safe, rarely going on Athens's notorious busy traffic choke roads.

The outing was really fun and safe. We went in June so the crowds were not bad. Unfortunately, the National Garden was closed so we missed riding through the park. Highly recommend!

George was such a great tour guide. We had a group of 7 people and he took us all around the city and taught us all about Athens history. Then he gave us some awesome suggestions on other places in the city to spend our time while we were there. I definitely recommend doing this tour!

Did this tour on a rainy day with 3 teenagers ...so we were expecting a lot! The tour is very informal and George, our guide, delivered the perfect balance of factual information and entertainment. The bikes are great fun, easy to ride and make getting around hilly Athens easy. We got a flavour of what Athens is about so that we could return to the things we wanted to see more of later in our holiday. George also gave us recommendation for places to eat and drink ....all of which were spot on! Great afternoon!!
