We meet and we start the class almost immediately

we decide the menu together (for this it would be useful to have started in advance what we do not like to eat)

Start making pasta from scratch with fresh, seasonal ingredients

then we continue with the preparation of the chosen sauces

this first part of work will last about 40 minutes

A short break where we will serve an aperitif and where you can chat with your serarta companions

You will return to the kitchen and begin to prepare the second part of the course or to make the chosen pasta (ravioli, gnocchi tagliatelle ...)

This second part of the class will last about 30/35 minutes then we will start to cook and season your work

You will sit at the table to taste your dishes accompanied by good wine

No hurry but relaxation and conviviality

ps. the times are approximate and may vary depending on the speed of the participants, the recipes chosen and any delays reported but the times will always be no more than 3 hours
