The tour guides were great. Miguel and Luis are phenomenal, very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. My complaints are that the scenery was only so-so. We just drove through dirt roads basically and even past some houses. Not really the jungle vibe I was expecting. Also the jade cavern is waaay prettier in the pictures than in person. It was actually kinda gross and smelled like sulfur. I am only giving it 4 stars because the guides were really awesome and made it more fun.

The ATV RIde to Jade Cavern was fun, however, I do wish there was more to see. The cavern itself is beautiful...it was cool to see the bats in the cave. The water was too cold to swim in although there were a couple of people who jumped in. The ride was more countryside rather than jungle like I was expecting although you feel like your in the jungle when we reached the cavern. Overall, a fun ride. Something I may do again but in a different part of the region.

The entire event was seamless from beginning through the end! All staff members were very kind and friendly. Our tour guide Omar was amazing, he was accommodating and tremendously k knowledgeable. He shared facts abouts the Mayans, the cenotes, and other valuable information which made or excursion that much more intriguing! I loved Fransico and the guava tequila as well! Well worth the value, I'd certainly repeat this adventure, but this time, I'd swim in the Cenote and take the long course! Gracias por todo Omar and the remaining staff!

Highly recommended! Make sure you carry sunglasses/scarf/bandana because the road is very rough, dusty and rocky. Also, we get the option to dive into the Jade Cavern waters from about 30-40 feet above, which is pretty cool! Great team Wild Tours!

The ATV ride itself was great ,it was a bit confusing when we met at the Hard Rock the gentleman who met us seemed overwhelmed , he could probably use some help and we had book on the premise that all the ATVs are automatic but he asked us if we could drive stick I can , wife could not so he told us we would now ride double but had paid for two singles , wife was a bit upset as she was looking forward to driving her own ATV. Once we got to ATV site orientation and instructions were good , rented a locker 5.00 , now get to the ATVS , guides asked if we wanted them in manual mode or automatic so wife now happy she got to drive her own ATV , all their ATVS can be put in to automatic. The ride itself was great , its a quite a long ride , very bumpy and rocky at times and you go through a big mud puddle , you stop at the Jade Cavern beautiful and have the option to jump from the top in to the cenote 25 jump if you wear glasses make sure you take them off mine are now at the bottom of the cenote , haha .When you get back their it tequila tasting and you have the option to buy pictures they took of you the picture area needs some work , a long wait . Overall we had a great time and I would recommend it .

Great time...would have given it 5 stars but because they have not had any rain, the trail was dry and dusty.

I highly recommend this tour especially the price being just right and way cheaper than the cruise boat has to offer. I was docked at the Plaza Langosta pier and took the forty minute walk to the hard rock cafe and everything was a very easy process once arrived. The ATV was very nice and the guides were very helpful. The Jade Cavern was a really cool scenic spot. Don't hesitate! Book this excursion with Viator.

This was a fun thing to do. Things we didnt care for were we wish there was more time at the Cenote. We each got to jump once if we wanted to but would of been nice to swim around a little bit. We dont have these in the states and it would of been nice to enjoy that a bit more. The bumpy ness of this ride is CRAZY bumpy. So if you have the slightest back issues do not do this. The island is made out of 60 coral so it is very rocky. Sometimes not enjoyable cause of how bumpy. It also is a faster speed ride, not a slow and relaxing just incase someone is looking for a slow ride. Extra locker fee just an fyi should be included in the price, all the little extras start to add up. Also the bathrooms are terrible so go before you come to this location. Some didnt even have toilet seats. On the positive side the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable which was fun to learn about the island.
