Pratica lo snorkeling o le immersioni in alcuni dei siti più rinomati per queste attività al largo di Cairns, come le barriere coralline di Flynn, Milln e Thetford, famose per la ricca vita marina. Questi siti offrono ottime pareti, passaggi da attraversare a nuoto e strapiombi, ideali per principianti ed esperti. Potrai vedere moltissime specie diverse di pesci, coralli duri come Acropora cervicornis, corallo, tavola o Porites, e numerose specie di coralli molli.
La tua giornata inizia appena sali a bordo della barca a Marlin Wharf. Il catamarano ultramoderno di 29 metri sarà la tua base per la giornata. Durante l'escursione visiterai tre diversi luoghi, che potrebbero includere le barriere coralline di Thetford, Milln e Flynn. Ogni tappa mostrerà un aspetto diverso della splendida Grande Barriera Corallina. In ogni sito potrai scegliere se praticare snorkeling, immersioni o una combinazione di entrambi.
Se non hai mai provato le immersioni subacquee, puoi scegliere di effettuare una o due immersioni introduttive, altrimenti, se preferisci lo snorkeling, puoi esplorare tutti e tre i siti restando in superficie. Un membro dell'equipaggio condurrà i visitatori interessati in un tour guidato di snorkeling in uno dei luoghi della barriera corallina. I subacquei certificati possono scegliere di partecipare a un massimo di tre immersioni certificate. Qualunque opzione tu scelga, la crociera per immersioni e snorkeling nella Grande Barriera Corallina Esterna include fino a cinque ore in acqua.
Il personale cordiale sarà lieto di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda durante tutta la giornata. La barca offre bar a servizio completo, docce con acqua dolce e ampie terrazze affacciate sul Mar dei Coralli. Tra un sito e l'altro verranno serviti un pranzo tropicale a buffet e un tè mattutino e pomeridiano.

Very nice boat. This is the only tour do 3 outer reef locations. Good breakfast and lunch. Friendly staff. Please note that if you do diving during 2nd location, your lunch time will be shorten.
The tour was amazing. Isa was brilliant. Extremely calm and patient with everyone. Dave was super too.
Excellent crew who carefully prepared all...snorkelers, divers and those that just rode along. We always felt safe and accounted for. Food and snacks were good.They did a great job of managing a large group keeping us in wet and dry areas which kept us all safe and comfortable. The water was choppy but I was fine taking medication and their ginger pill. Once you're in, you don't feel the waves that much. Staff was available for assistance and questions.You suited on and off at each stop which took time but was necessary if you wanted to ensure a stinger free experience. My only disappointment was the snorkel tour at the last stop. They gave us a five minute warning and then just left...one guy and that's it. It took at least 5 minutes for us to suit up. By the time I did, the group was in the distance and I was afraid to follow them by myself. Would have been nice to have a second group going out...feel like I missed out, especially seeing the pictures the staff photographer took and was selling. She did a nice job covering the trip.
This was an excellent tour. I was most impressed with the amount of teaching they did in order to make sure you were safe and informed. If you only Scuba once a year as I do I appreciated the reminders. The reef was better than any other reef I'd seen but I was disappointed that it was 'half dead' even there. That's why I gave it a 4 star. Lots of varieties of fish and good visibility. The staff on the boat were all very professional and made it a very pleasurable day. Good food too! My friend and I wandered a little far and were surprised that the current was so strong trying to get back to the boat. They did warn us and they left a long rope out the back to pull yourself back with but it had drifted away and we couldn't find it when he needed it. There wasn't anything they could have done about that. They told us how to signal them if we needed them but you know how men are :! I can't think of one thing they could have changed or improved on. It was excellent and a beautiful day.
A friend recommended this trip so we booked it and would do this again in a heartbeat. Everything was supplied, the food was amazing on board and most importantly SAFETY was awesome. After every stop there was a head count and they meant business when counting the passengers. Nobody could move around the boat while the count was being done. That made my wife and I feel very safe. I would recommend this trip for families. The staff really showed concern for their guests. I was very impressed.
This is a must. Great experience - we did the walk that took us up in daylight but going dark coming down so we saw the city lighting up - just beautiful. Our guide was knowledgable and fun - would highly recommend .
