Do you want to enhance your experience in Bogotá with a rush of adrenaline? This is the perfect match for you! The extreme day is an excursion to a village located 2 hours away from Bogotá, known for its extreme sports in a pristine tropical forest setting. Don’t miss the opportunity to perform 3 different extreme sports in one day at this unique location.
After you reach the basecamp at Tobia, you will change clothes and get ready for adventure. There, you will receive some instructions and get ready for the first challenge of the day: rafting.This extreme sport is a blend of adrenaline, balance, love for nature, and passion for challenges. This activity is ideal for enhancing teamwork within organizations or families. After driving some minutes up the river, you will reach the starting point. From there you’ll descend 6 km (1.5 hours) through the Río Negro river, an intriguing stream found in a warm tropical weather climate and surrounded by beautiful landscapes.
At the finish line, a snack and drink will be waiting for you to recover energy for the next challenge. You will walk for about 20 minutes until you reach a waterfall, where you will rappel down a 20-meter fall. An activity for thrill seekers that put their limits and self-control to the test.
Then, you will go back to the basecamp where a well-deserved homemade lunch will be waiting for you. After lunch, you can relax and rest at the swimming pool, get back into your dry clothes, and get ready for the last adventure of the day. For this, you will fly at full speed across the valley of the river on a 500-meter long canopy; the best way to finish off the day!
Finally, the driver will get you safely back to Bogotá and drop you off at your hotel.

My boyfriend and I were initially nervous about going out into the country side by ourselves to do this tour, especially since there are no reviews yet on tripadvisor or viator. But everything was totally great!! The personal driver was awesome, and the service at our destination was incredible. We had an absolute blast doing every single activity and enjoyed the provided lunch as well. Our guide was Ben, who was from the states so spoke good english, perfect for helping us understand the instructions. Be prepared for a lot of somewhat difficult physical activity, but it is totally worth every penny. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who is able!
